Product Overview
Cocoa beans are the raw material of chocolate and cocoa products. Our beans are fermented to develop the precursors of chocolate flavour, then sun-dried to a safe moisture level and graded by bean count and defect percentage. Consistent fermentation and drying give roasters and grinders a predictable, aromatic bean.
We can prepare cocoa to a buyer’s grade for bean count, moisture, mould and slaty beans, and ship in standard jute bags with liners where required.

Applications
Cocoa beans are roasted, cracked and ground into cocoa mass, cocoa butter, cocoa powder and chocolate. They are used across confectionery, bakery, beverages and cosmetics, and are traded as a soft commodity worldwide.
Packaging & Loading
Cocoa is packed in 60 – 65 kg food-grade jute bags, with GrainPro or hermetic liners available to preserve quality in transit. Bags are loaded to maximise container weight, and net weights are confirmed on the proforma invoice.
Quality & Compliance
Each lot is cut-tested and graded for bean count, moisture, mould and slaty content and shipped with a certificate of analysis. Phytosanitary, fumigation and origin certificates are provided, and pre-shipment inspection can be arranged.
Export Markets
We export cocoa beans to grinders, chocolate makers and traders in Europe, Asia and the UAE through Mombasa and Dar es Salaam, supplying trial and contract volumes.

Sourcing & Quality Assurance
Behind every shipment is a sourcing network built over years of working with farmers, cooperatives and processors across the region. We select each lot for condition and consistency, then clean, grade and condition it to the standard your market expects. Because we follow the crop from field to port, we can hold quality steady across repeat orders and give buyers the confidence to plan their own production with certainty.
Food safety and traceability sit at the centre of how we operate. Consignments are prepared under hygienic conditions, tested against the agreed specification, and documented with a certificate of analysis and certificate of origin. Where a destination requires extra paperwork — phytosanitary certificates, fumigation records or health certificates — we arrange it as part of the order so clearance at the other end is smooth.
Logistics & Long-Term Partnership
Reliable delivery is what turns a first order into a lasting relationship. We coordinate packing, container loading and shipment from the ports of Mombasa and Dar es Salaam, and keep you updated at each milestone so there are no surprises. Whether you need a single trial container of Cocoa Beans or a scheduled monthly programme, our team structures pricing, payment and delivery around the way your business actually runs.
